      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Achieve fast time to value for customers by assisting with the installation and configuration of Device42 software
      - Collaborate with Customer Success Managers to drive customer success and identify upsell opportunities
      - Advocate for customers by escalating issues and ensuring their needs are met through cross-functional collaboration
      - Establish strong relationships with clients, gathering feedback and reinforcing business value through product usage
      - Analyze product feedback and communicate insights to the product team to enhance customer experience

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 5-7+ years of experience in technical implementation, professional services, systems engineering, or similar roles, preferably in multi-cloud environments
      - Strong ability to translate technical complexities for diverse audiences
      - Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with a talent for relationship-building
      - Experience managing multiple accounts while prioritizing customer needs and driving technical success
      - Familiarity with enterprise ITSM and discovery software, as well as cloud providers, Windows and Linux administration, networking, and storage

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with ServiceNow and/or Jira
      - Knowledge of the enterprise application stack and its components
