      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Achieve fast time to value for customers through Installation & Configuration (I&C) of Device42 software
      - Collaborate with Customer Success Managers to drive customer success and identify upsell opportunities
      - Advocate for customers by addressing issues and ensuring their needs are met
      - Establish strong relationships with clients, gathering feedback and reinforcing business value through product usage
      - Analyze product feedback from customers and communicate insights to the product team

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 5-7+ years of technical implementation, professional services, systems engineer, or similar experience in multi-cloud environments or IT infrastructure
      - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to cultivate relationships
      - Experience managing multiple accounts while prioritizing customer needs
      - Ability to navigate competing priorities in a fast-paced startup environment
      - Familiarity with enterprise ITSM, Discovery software, and enterprise application stack knowledge

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with Hypervisors, Cloud providers, Windows and Linux administration, Networking, and Storage
      - Knowledge of ServiceNow and/or Jira
