What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as the primary technical expert on the employer's platform, demonstrating in-depth knowledge and expertise
- Drive customer adoption through effective onboarding and training processes
- Proactively ensure customers realize the full value of their investment by driving sustained adoption of the platform
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues impacting customers to ensure seamless experiences
- Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews with customers to evaluate progress and identify areas for improvement
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience required; Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or similar experience preferred
- Minimum of 12 years of experience with strong project management skills
- Proficiency in SQL, scripting languages (e.g., Python), and hands-on experience with cloud environments
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with data and cloud technologies, including basic administration
- Excellent interpersonal and customer relations skills, particularly in building strategic relationships
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Demonstrated expertise in Data Loss Prevention (DLP), Data Privacy/Protection, or Cloud Security Posture Management (CSPM)
- Prior experience in a technical customer-facing role within a software company
- Proven track record of owning customer relationships, including onboarding and expansion
- Ability to lead executive meetings and technical workshops
- Self-motivated and innovative team player
