What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Ensure customer retention through proactive customer service and demonstrating the value of the employer's solutions
- Identify and develop opportunities to upsell with customers to increase company revenue
- Develop and maintain long-term business relationships with clients to drive advocacy
- Collect customer requirements and feedback to relay to the product team
- Provide solutions to customer and system problems, showcasing newly released features
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree or relevant experience in Finance, Marketing, Business, etc.
- Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience, particularly in client-facing roles or the financial industry
- Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation development
- Proven ability to collaborate with internal and external audiences to solve problems
- Exceptional customer service skills to align client needs with internal solutions

- Experience in complex project management and matrix management responsibilities
