      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Support customers in effectively utilizing composable products
      - Advise customers on developing their technology and commerce stacks using the employer's products
      - Ensure customers recognize the business value of new features relevant to their needs
      - Identify customer KPIs and lead engagement towards achieving them
      - Plan and conduct strategic business reviews with customers to foster relationships

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - At least five years of experience in technical consulting, training, pre-sales, or other customer-facing roles
      - Recent and relevant experience in retail or e-commerce
      - Deep understanding of product value, B2B contracts, and value realization
      - Strong blend of business and technical knowledge for effective customer interactions
      - Excellent communication and presentation skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience working in an international tech company with distributed teams
      - Willingness to travel approximately 25% of the time
