      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Build and maintain strong relationships with a portfolio of customers, ensuring healthy engagement scores through proactive support
      - Oversee timely onboarding for customers and establish clear implementation goals using Success Plans
      - Maintain comprehensive Customer Journey Records (CJRs) in HubSpot to guide customer engagement and renewal discussions
      - Provide strategic insights and feedback from customer interactions to inform product and marketing initiatives
      - Manage client success through the onboarding process and balance internal priorities with client needs

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Communications, Business, or related fields
      - 3-5+ years of experience in customer success or account management, preferably with K-12 education systems
      - Experience supporting curriculum, assessments, or edtech to drive adoption and customer success
      - Excellent communication skills tailored to both instructional and administrative audiences
      - Familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRM platforms

      - Ability to develop account plans for key accounts and monitor account health
      - Experience managing cross-departmental initiatives in an educational context
