What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with senior executives to understand their goals and provide guidance
- Develop and implement customer success plans that drive value from legal AI solutions
- Collaborate with customers to design tailored workflows that address specific business challenges
- Lead executive business reviews to capture value delivered and create roadmaps for success
- Advocate for customer needs by providing feedback to internal teams to influence product enhancements
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Experience in Customer Success, Consulting, Account Management, or a related role in legal technology or SaaS
- Legal education (Juris Doctor) or substantial experience with legal technology and large law firms
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build trusted relationships with customers
- Proactive, customer-centric mindset focused on delivering measurable outcomes
- Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Support teams
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with legal technology or AI-driven platforms and a willingness to stay updated on advancements
- Proven ability to act as a strategic advisor to customers, enhancing their satisfaction and engagement
