What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Own the full customer lifecycle from onboarding and adoption through renewal and expansion for enterprise-level accounts
- Build and execute multi-quarter success plans that align platform use cases with measurable customer value
- Develop multi-threaded relationships across global customer teams, from compensation admins to C-suite executives
- Serve as a trusted advisor, guiding customers through complex workflows and integrations
- Advocate for customer needs by partnering with Product and Engineering teams to provide structured feedback
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 5+ years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management within a B2B SaaS environment
- At least 2+ years managing large enterprise-level accounts with an Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) of $100K+
- Proven track record of driving measurable customer outcomes, renewals, and expansions
- Strong executive presence and ability to communicate complex narratives to C-suite stakeholders
- Proficiency in account planning, forecasting, and value realization frameworks
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in Sales Performance Management, Incentive Compensation, or RevOps technology
- Demonstrated technical curiosity and ability to engage in discussions about product architecture and workflow automation
