      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Own net revenue retention (NRR) and customer lifetime value (CLV) for a portfolio of customers
      - Develop and execute customer success plans aligned with customer goals
      - Drive onboarding, adoption, and ongoing value realization throughout the customer lifecycle
      - Build and maintain executive-level relationships with senior customer stakeholders
      - Identify and mitigate churn risks through proactive engagement and action plans

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a related role
      - Proven track record of driving retention and expansion in a SaaS or subscription business
      - Experience managing complex, technical customers and enterprise stakeholders
      - Strong ability to translate technical capabilities into business value
      - Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Background in infrastructure, networking, DevOps, or automation
      - Experience in a high-growth or scaling SaaS company
      - Familiarity with open-source software or developer-focused platforms
      - Prior experience mentoring or leading other Customer Success Managers
