What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as the primary point of contact for approximately 100 customer accounts, fostering strong relationships
- Guide customers in maximizing their business outcomes through effective use of the ServiceTitan platform
- Proactively engage with customers to address their goals and challenges, ensuring their needs are met
- Analyze customer success metrics to design targeted campaigns that enhance engagement
- Monitor account health to mitigate risks and ensure customer satisfaction and retention
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2+ years in customer-facing roles, such as customer success, account management, or sales
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on customer value and ROI
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail
- Self-motivated and effective in a remote work setting
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in project management
- Familiarity with data or business performance analytics
- Operational knowledge of SalesForce, Gainsight, and Tableau
- Proficiency in ServiceTitan workflows and best practices
- Ability to work PST/MST hours
