What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Drive platform adoption and assess the overall health of customer engagement with the employer
- Provide strategic insight and guidance to customers aligned with their goals
- Tailor communications to stakeholders by contextualizing customer data and positioning ROI
- Identify risks or barriers to client health and implement targeted mitigation strategies
- Connect internal teams to optimize the customer experience across various functions
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5 years of Customer Success Management, Account Management, or related experience in SaaS
- Proven experience managing a book of 20-40 clients while driving tool adoption
- Strong domain knowledge in sales processes and go-to-market strategies
- Effective problem-solving, time management, and prioritization skills
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to tailor messages to the audience
