      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Serve as the primary relationship lead for Showcase customers in the Enterprise segment
      - Host monthly Business Reviews to discuss engagement and customer goals
      - Deliver training sessions to new users through various interaction methods
      - Proactively advise customers on best practices and recommend system changes
      - Collaborate with Sales to identify renewal strategies and expansion opportunities

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Four-year degree or equivalent experience
      - At least 5 years of experience in a client-facing position (e.g., customer success, sales, business solutions, support)
      - Strong communication and interpersonal skills
      - Demonstrated organizational and time management skills
      - Flexibility in scheduling to meet customer needs with short turnaround

      - Experience managing project completion with tight deadlines
      - Ability to work efficiently and effectively on project teams
