      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Serve as a trusted advisor to senior executives and key stakeholders, managing a portfolio of strategic accounts
      - Lead high-level Monthly Business Reviews (MBRs) and executive discussions to co-create long-term strategic roadmaps
      - Anticipate and resolve complex client challenges while mitigating risks and orchestrating internal and external teams
      - Identify and pursue upsell and cross-sell opportunities, contributing to revenue growth and renewal strategies
      - Mentor and guide junior Client Success Managers, influencing product roadmaps and fostering cross-functional collaboration

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Client Success Manager, Account Manager, or in a similar role
      - Proven track record of managing and growing a portfolio of high-value, enterprise-level clients
      - Exceptional ability to solve complex problems and lead cross-functional teams
      - Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex value propositions
      - Deep understanding of business metrics and revenue drivers

      - Experience engaging with C-suite executives and senior leaders
      - Proven leadership skills in a fast-paced environment
      - Familiarity with advanced commercial acumen and revenue leadership strategies
