What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage customer health proactively through intentional, outcome-driven engagement
- Accelerate product adoption and realization of customer value from Zendesk solutions
- Foster and strengthen relationships with Zendesk customers at various organizational levels
- Advocate for customer needs and relay actionable feedback to the product development team
- Track customer engagement and provide insights on overall health and success plans
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 8+ years of experience in Customer Success or Customer Experience
- Previous experience in customer success roles within enterprise technology or SaaS
- Proven ability to learn new software solutions and link them to customer outcomes
- Strong interpersonal skills to influence stakeholders across various organizational levels
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information sciences & technology, engineering, or business
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience driving adoption of AI-powered solutions in customer-facing roles
- Familiarity with customer success tools such as Gainsight
- Ability to conduct quantitative analysis and forecasting
