What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Utilize industry best practices to ensure high standards of service in customer interactions
- Monitor and assess quality of engagement and compliance across various business lines
- Implement systems to track compliance with quality processes and call scoring
- Drive projects to identify opportunities for process and outcome improvements
- Collaborate with Sales and Operations teams to ensure accountability in quality programs
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 4+ years of experience in Sales, Enablement, Operations, Quality, Management Consulting, or Program Management, preferably in a SaaS environment
- Proven success in launching quality projects that enhance team productivity and customer outcomes
- Strong analytical skills to derive insights from data and business priorities
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build trust with diverse stakeholders
- Detail-oriented with a focus on process improvement and documentation
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Gong and/or Salesforce
- Project management or industry certifications, such as COPC or PMP
