What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Utilize industry best practices to ensure high standards of service are delivered in all customer interactions
- Monitor interactions to assess quality of engagement and compliance with processes
- Implement tracking mechanisms for quality assurance, including call scoring and calibration
- Drive projects identifying opportunities for improving processes, tools, and outcomes
- Collaborate with Sales and Sales Operations to ensure accountability in quality programs
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 4+ years of experience in Sales, Enablement, Operations, Quality, Management Consulting, or Program Management, preferably in a SaaS or fast-paced IT consulting environment
- Proven track record of launching quality projects that enhance team productivity and customer outcomes
- Ability to quickly understand business priorities and derive insights from data
- Strong communication skills with a variety of stakeholders
- Attention to detail with a focus on process improvement and documentation
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Gong and/or Salesforce
- Project management or industry certifications, e.g., COPC, PMP
