      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead and manage projects to drive client outcomes and satisfaction, identifying risks and recommending mitigation strategies
      - Oversee project financials, ensuring deliverable quality, and manage budgets, invoices, and status reports
      - Develop high-quality client deliverables in partnership with the Visual Consulting team, providing content review and guidance
      - Facilitate client meetings to achieve desired outcomes and manage client expectations
      - Conduct research and analysis to inform client recommendations and solutions, presenting results clearly

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Active DoD Top Secret clearance
      - A master’s degree in a highly analytical field (e.g., STEM, social sciences, data analytics, or data science)
      - Six (6) + years of professional experience in management consulting or a client-facing environment, with at least four (4) years as a data analyst or data scientist
      - Proficiency in R, Python, SQL, and BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Qlik Sense, Tableau)
      - Strong communication skills to present complex data to non-technical audiences

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in change management, strategic planning, or strategic communication
      - Program management or organizational design expertise
      - PMP and/or Prosci Change Management certification
