What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead requirements gathering and development of analytics frameworks for evaluating generative AI models in healthcare applications
- Define and manage the strategic direction for AI evaluation methodologies
- Collaborate with stakeholders to manage evaluation timelines and deliverables
- Develop and deploy queries and metrics to assess AI model performance and output quality
- Conduct comprehensive QA of AI outputs and participate in risk analysis and mitigation
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 6-9 years of relevant experience in data analytics
- Current expertise in using and querying relational database management systems such as Microsoft SQL Server, Snowflake, or PostgreSQL
- Experience in creating evaluation frameworks
- Proficiency in BI tools such as Tableau or PowerBI
- Demonstrated experience using Python for analysis
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Demonstrated thought leadership in analytics strategy and enterprise-wide project implementation
- Current experience in a data analytics role
