What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Generate ad hoc reports and regular datasets for end-users using system tools and database queries
- Program and maintain report forms, dashboards, and other end-user information portals
- Create specifications for reports based on business requests to meet stakeholder needs
- Analyze complex health data to provide actionable insights for clinical and operational stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize data processes and reporting
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in data reporting
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and linking data sources
- Proficiency in Power BI, Microsoft Power Apps, Dataverse, SQL, Python, and SAS
- Experience with large and complex data sets, particularly in a healthcare context
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into meaningful insights
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Experience building and optimizing data pipelines using Snowflake and Databricks
- Familiarity with system analytics or data warehousing environments
