      Who We Are Looking For

WebPT, the world's leading provider of practice management software for the physical therapy industry, is seeking a motivated, self-starting Senior Data Analyst to join the Finance team. This position will play a key role in telling WebPT's growth story through data.

With thousands of customers, hundreds of thousands of transactions, and the most comprehensive product set in the marketplace, WebPT's dataset is as rich as it is complex. This role has significant potential to drive change in WebPT business practices at the highest level by surfacing insights that are only possible through big data analytics techniques. The role is not a good fit for applicants who have spent most of their time building and refreshing Tableau dashboards. It is a good fit for those who spend their time deep in large datasets writing sophisticated SQL queries. The ideal candidate will possess advanced SQL skills but also a working knowledge of and aptitude for financial concepts and metrics.

WebPT is the world's leading practice management platform for physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech-language pathology healthcare providers. With a full suite of solutions encompassing a purpose-built EMR, billing and claims management, and patient acquisition and engagement, WebPT empowers clinicians to focus on what they do best: delivering life-enhancing care for their patients. WebPT's modern SaaS-based platform gives providers the data, insights, and tools they need to profitably run and grow their practices while enhancing patient satisfaction and experience. Founded in 2006 by renowned physical therapist Heidi Jennenga, WebPT became a portfolio company of Battery Ventures in 2014 before global private equity firm Warburg Pincus purchased a majority stake in the company in 2019.
