This is an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies and lead a talented team in driving data integration, analytics, and reporting initiatives.Job Description:As the Senior Data Integration Manager of our Analytics, ETL, and Talend Team, the individual will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of robust data integration solutions, analytics frameworks, and ETL processes using Talend. This role will also be leading a team of skilled developers and analysts, ensuring the delivery of high-quality data-driven insights that drive strategic decision-making.Responsibilities:•Build and manage a high-performing team of Developers, Analysts, and Engineers; providing guidance, mentorship, and support to foster individual growth and team cohesion.•Demonstrate a strong command of Talend and other analytics and ETL tools, leveraging technical expertise to guide the team in designing and implementing scalable and efficient data integration solutions.•Experience in recruiting, mentoring, and developing team members; including conducting performance evaluations and providing constructive feedback.•Provide technical oversight to multiple projects simultaneously. Ensure team members onshore and offshore are not blocked and have good understanding of the requirements, as well as resources and skills needed to complete their assigned task.•Design and optimize ETL workflows, data pipelines, and data integration processes to ensure accurate, timely, and reliable data delivery. Identify and resolve data quality issues and performance bottlenecks.•Collaborate with Business Analysts, Data Scientists, and stakeholders to understand analytical requirements and translate them into actionable insights. Develop and maintain analytics frameworks and reporting dashboards.•Engage with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to understand their data needs, provide technical guidance, and ensure the successful delivery of analytics solutions that meet business objectives.•Continuously assess and enhance data integration processes, tools, and methodologies. Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies, driving innovation within the team.Requirements•Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.•Proven experience (7+ years) in hands-on design, development, and team lead roles with a focus on analytics, database, data modeling, ETL, and Talend. •Strong technical proficiency in Talend and other relevant analytics and ETL tools.•Previous experience managing and leading a team of Developers, Analysts, or Engineers.•In-depth knowledge of data integration concepts, REST APIs, and data modeling.•Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and deliver projects on time and within budget.•Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.•Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.•A passion for data-driven decision-making and a commitment to continuous improvement.Nice To Have:•Knowledge or experience in AWS Glue, AWS Athena, AWS Lambda, and/or Python.•Boomi Integration

      - Bachelor's degree and 7-10 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required.

      - Manages activities of two or more sections or departments.- Exercises supervision in terms of costs, methods, and staffing.- In some instances this manager may have subordinate supervisors and/or managers.- Works on issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth knowledge of organizational objectives.- Implements strategic policies when selecting methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria for obtaining results.- Establishes and assures adherence to budgets, schedules, work plans, and performance requirements.- Regularly interacts with senior management or executive levels on matters concerning several functional areas, divisions, and/or customers.- Requires the ability to change the thinking of, or gain acceptance from, others in sensitive situations, without damage to the relationship.- Establishes operational objectives and work plans and delegates assignments to subordinates.- Senior management reviews objectives to determine success of operation.- Involved in developing, modifying and executing company policies that affect immediate operations and may also have company-wide effect.

      Pay Transparency

      Maximus compensation is based on various factors including but not limited to job location, a candidate's education, training, experience, expected quality and quantity of work, required travel (if any), external market and internal value analysis including seniority and merit systems, as well as internal pay alignment. Annual salary is just one component of Maximus's total compensation package. Other rewards may include short- and long-term incentives as well as program-specific awards. Additionally, Maximus provides a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays and paid time off. Compensation ranges may differ based on contract value but will be commensurate with job duties and relevant work experience.
