What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support the Deal Desk manager with daily operations, focusing on the Public Sector and South-East teams
- Translate customer feedback into actionable plans to improve service delivery
- Host Daily Deal Desk Office Hours for sales team support
- Track and communicate red deals to leadership to ensure effective resolution
- Collaborate with various teams to develop new guidelines and manage pricing in Salesforce
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 4+ years of professional experience in a customer-facing role and Sales/Business Operations function
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong business acumen, organizational, and time management skills
- Proficiency with Google and Microsoft Office products
- Experience with Salesforce and ability to process a high volume of transactions accurately
