  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Coordinate financial and clinical decision support services, ensuring effective project management and timely completion of financial projects
  - Prepare reports, surveys, and special projects as requested by senior management
  - Monitor and assess procedural changes within the Medical System, collaborating with various teams to implement necessary adjustments
  - Conduct financial assessments, including profitability analysis of hospital product lines
  - Maintain compliance with regulations and ensure data integrity in financial decision-making processes
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
  - Minimum of five years of progressively responsible experience in financial planning, analysis, budgeting, managed care, or accounting
  - Strong knowledge of financial data and systems, with extensive experience in at least three specialty areas such as Clinical Analysis, Business Development, or Cost Accounting
  - Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Access, Word, and other finance-related software
  - Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and team leadership skills
  
  How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  - Healthcare-related finance background
  - Experience with the Pathways Decision Support system
  - Ability to effectively communicate and guide management and co-workers in a confidential manner
  - Experience in developing and evaluating complex financial data through computer analysis
  - Familiarity with regulatory compliance, including HIPAA
