  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Drive the webinar strategy for third-party events and Cohesity-hosted webinars, aligning with campaign goals and audience needs
  - Lead end-to-end execution for each event, including planning, promotion, tech setup, and post-event follow-up
  - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution and results
  - Optimize webinar performance through experimentation, A/B testing, and post-event analysis
  - Build and maintain playbooks and processes to support repeatable success
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - 3+ years of experience managing B2B webinars, virtual events, or related programs
  - Expertise with platforms like ON24, Zoom, or Webex, and familiarity with marketing tech such as Marketo and Salesforce
  - Strong project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and adhere to timelines
  - Excellent communication skills for both executive stakeholders and customer-facing webinar hosting
  - Strong attention to detail, ensuring flawless execution across all event logistics
  
  How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  - Analytical mindset with a results-oriented approach, skilled at interpreting data
  - Creative instincts for increasing engagement and solving problems on the fly
  - Strong on-camera presence and comfortable acting as a moderator or webinar MC
  - Experience in building training materials or onboarding collaborators
