      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead the strategy, design, development, and implementation of training for AP Readers across 40+ AP subjects
      - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and deliver high-quality training assets for scoring processes
      - Oversee project timelines and manage stakeholder collaboration to ensure successful training initiatives
      - Cultivate internal capabilities by designing and delivering knowledge-building programs for AP content teams
      - Provide operational support for AP Reading events, ensuring adherence to program goals

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 7+ years of professional experience in educational assessment training, instructional design, or related learning development
      - Master’s degree in a relevant field
      - Extensive knowledge of assessment design principles and scoring methodologies
      - Proven expertise in learning design science and tools, including LMS platforms and accessibility compliance
      - Exceptional organizational and project management abilities, with strong communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Certification in project management platforms and tools, such as Smartsheet
      - Experience with digital content development and eLearning tools like Articulate and Rise360
      - A strong interest in leveraging automation and enterprise AI for improved training efficiency
      - Willingness and ability to travel for AP Reading operations
