- Serve as a trusted advisor to the SVP of Care Support, providing strategic guidance and support in decision-making processes.
- Coordinate and manage the execution of high-priority initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration across departments to ensure cohesive and efficient operations.
- Prepare and review reports, presentations, and other documents for the SVP, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
- Assist in the development and implementation of the SVP’s strategic vision and goals.
- Represent the SVP in meetings and communications, ensuring consistent messaging and follow-through.
- Oversee the implementation of operational solutions and programs that enhance core operations and maximize efficiencies.
- Advise on specific operational processes to support an integrated operations model
- Collaborates with select ancillary services including but not limited to: Transportation, Health Information Management, Scheduling, Contact Center and participant engagement
- Monitor and assess the performance of key support functions, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Ensure team is focused on highest priority items across Care Support leadership team
- Oversee special initiatives, analyze data to drive decision-making, and ensure organizational goals are met efficiently
- Engage with various levels of the organization to foster a culture of ownership and accountability.
- Ensure compliance with legal, finance, and quality standards in all operational activities.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and performance metrics to track progress and outcomes.
- Facilitate team meetings and workshops to enhance collaboration and innovation.
- Lead and manage special projects and initiatives, from planning through execution and evaluation.
- Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring projects are completed on time and within scope.
- Analyze data and metrics to drive informed decision-making and measure the success of initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are met and sustained.
- Bachelor’s degree in management, business, business administration
- Minimum of 10 years of management experience in relevant areas such as strategy, operational excellence, project management, or business development.
- Proven experience in supporting senior executives and managing complex initiatives.
- Experience with developing large scale improvement initiatives and garnering support from executive leadership through influence, messaging and polished presentations.
- Strong analytical, communication, project management and organizational skills.
- Ability to influence and drive change across various levels of the organization.

This role will act as a key advisor and facilitator, supporting the SVP in driving transformation and operational excellence across the organization.
