- Lead the evolution of the WFG brand to drive a compelling & consistent narrative, amplify brand sentiment, and manage brand reputation across paid/earned/owned media
- Oversee the strategy, planning and execution of large-scale marketing programs such as sponsorships, events, digital marketing, and agent engagement campaigns
- Optimize the marketing strategy and execution to grow the agent population, drive retention, and improve agent productivity
- Partner with agents across North America to solicit feedback and drive a customer-centric change agenda that builds agent value and drives business objectives
- Develop strong internal/external relationships and drive a collaborative culture to overcome challenges and capitalize on new opportunities
- Maintain a high degree of knowledge of industry, regulatory, and competitive dynamics to inform the go-forward strategy
- Create a positive and outcome-oriented culture, working across IS CX & Marketing and the broader organization to deliver results and coach all levels of marketing professionals.
- C ollaborate and partner with the product development team, sales teams, operations team, and other stakeholder teams to drive and build the brand, drive business goals, and foster agent & customer value
- Prudently manage budget to drive efficiency and operational effectiveness
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications or equivalent experience
- Ten years of marketing communications, digital marketing, or project management experience in financial services or a related industry
- Eight years of management experience
- Broad experience developing and executing marketing strategies for complex projects
- Thorough understanding of the investment products marketplace and distribution process, including how products are priced, packaged and positioned across various channels
- Technical acumen to design campaigns that optimize the use of traditional and digital marketing platforms
- Ability to interpret data and articulate results to diverse audiences
- Analytical and decision-making skills to identify/prioritize critical issues and interpret data
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills
- MBA
- Experience in change management
- Experience working with insurance distribution
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to create a highly engaging and productive work environment
- Remote work and/or office environment
- 10-20% domestic and international travel

The Salary for this position generally ranges between $160,000- $185,000 annually. This range is an estimate, based on potential qualifications and operational needs. Salary may vary above and below the stated amounts, as permitted by applicable law.
Additionally, this position is typically eligible for an Annual Bonus based on the Company Bonus Plan/Individual Performance and is at the Company’s discretion.
