Details Department: Executive Offce Nursing and Operations Infrastructure Schedule: Full-Time, 8-hour day shift, Monday-Friday, Partially Remote with 30% travel. Responsibilities The Senior Director, Delivery Excellence is accountable for leading strategy, data management, credentialing platform optimization, service optimization and account management for CVO Services. This position is a critical leader impacting provider’s ability to work at or send patients to Ascension facilities. This position partners with Leadership teams and cross functional business partners to provide expertise in the work performed by the Central Verification Organization and achieving the business objectives of Ascension. Provides leadership and develops structure with key stakeholders interfacing with the CVO. Engages CVO Service Leadership to support business objectives of stakeholders. Develops a team of account managers to serve as the liaison between key stakeholders and the CVO operation’s teams. These account managers will serve as business partners to key stakeholders, providing thought leadership to develop and implement solutions. Leads the optimization of the credentialing system to modernize the service delivery experience for stakeholders, most notably, providers. Partners with CVO operations to process and improve services that enhance the experience and turn around times for stakeholders. Leadership & Operations Sets strategy, goals and KPIs for the department. Responsible for hiring, staffing, evaluating and performance management of the department. Partners with key stakeholders on strategy and operations. Demonstrated ability to coach and mentor individuals. Effective at leading remote teams. Exceptional listener and communicator. Requirements Licensure / Certification / Registration: None Required. Education: High School diploma equivalency with 5 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 3 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management. Additional Preferences Additional Preferences: 7 years of work experience, preferred. 5 years of leadership or management experience, preferred. 10 years of credentials verification experience, preferred. Strong data analytics skill set, preferred. Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree, preferred. Process engineers or Six Sigma, Lean training, preferred. Must be creative, agile, innovative, strategic, ability to organize and delegate, problem-solver, team player, flexible, have a understanding of technical demands and have a growth mindset.
