The Opportunity
Drive PUIG's digital acceleration strategy and execution across the full marketing funnel for all brands, with a primary focus on e-commerce through retail partners and newly launched Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) sites. Lead comprehensive commercial plans, investment strategies, growth initiatives, online traffic, and new customer acquisition, ensuring the achievement of monthly and annual goals. Demonstrate a brand and consumer-centric approach in development and execution within a matrixed organization.

Digital Responsibilities:
• Provide strategic and financial oversight of the e-retail and DTC businesses to drive robust commercial plans, online traffic, and new customer acquisition.
• Conduct digital quarterly business reviews, including sales reporting, key KPI trackers, and addressing performance gaps.
• Foster strong relationships with multiple retailers and internal teams, driving business growth and identifying opportunities.
• Collaborate with teams to develop and execute strategies and plans, ensuring quality execution with retailers and recommendations for key seasonal moments and launches.
• Work closely with Key Account Directors (KADs) on an omnichannel strategy and execution, emphasizing retail dotcom-only executions when needed.
• Collaborate across the organization to build DTC framework models and proposals in partnership with internal departments such as Marketing, IT, and Finance.
• Develop and execute strategies to drive significant website traffic, conversion rates, revenue, and profitability, leveraging analytics and email testing.
• Provide weekly and monthly business reporting and generate insights.
• Stay informed about current consumer trends in DTC and e-commerce.Communication Responsibilities:
• Develop omnichannel plans through Paid, Earned, and Owned channels across the brand portfolio.
• Lead execution to engage consumers, drive sales, and achieve objectives for market share, net revenues, and profitability.
• Take an entrepreneurial approach to test new digital and social strategies.
• Manage media agency to drive digital and social acceleration, balancing national and retailer campaigns.
• Identify trends and insights, optimizing spend and performance based on insights.
• Own the day-to-day advertising budget.
• Collaborate with the in-house PR/influencer team to build a robust strategy for earned media and influencer activations.
• Increase conversation and awareness of Puig brands in the USA marketplace.
• Understand all media channels, from traditional to digital and emerging channels.
• Collaborate with the media agency on objectives and KPIs, challenging them to improve digital media efficiency.
• Ensure effective implementation in line with global brand expectations and guidelines.
• Conduct post-campaign analysis to measure and report performance against goals (ROI and KPIs).
• Manage financial planning, budget maintenance, and allocation of funds across multi-media platforms, overseeing purchase orders and invoice reconciliation.
• Share best practices locally and globally, engaging with the community of media managers.
• Lead content strategies, identifying and requesting specific local content needed, aligning with marketing goals, and challenging Global Brands teams with new ideas for local Digital Strategy.We'd love to meet you if you have
Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
• Minimum of 12+ years’ experience in operational e-commerce and consumer marketing roles.
• Experience in owning A&P investment and P&L management.
• Expertise in data management, consumer analytics, and projection & forecasting skills.
• Highly collaborative in a matrixed environment.
• Experience in beauty and/or fragrance is preferred.
• Leadership experience with a multi-department team.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and strategic thinker.
• Highly detail-oriented with excellent time management skills.

Compensation
As required by California's salary transparency law, effective November 2022, the expected base salary for this position ranges from $190,000.00 - $220,000.00. Various factors are considered when extending offers, such as relevant skillset, training, years of experience related to the current job description, education, and our organizational structure.
