- Lead and mentor team of 30+ individuals; collaborate with and influence cross functional partners across channels, the Market and in Global.
- Drive key strategic initiatives and lead all aspects of the consumer journey delivery and optimization end-to-end on all adidas owned platforms to deliver our growth ambitions.
- Effectively communicate and engage key partners on priorities and status update of key initiatives.
- Lead an evolution of consumer experience on .com and app, defining actions to drive growth based on data, consumer insights and competitive intelligence.
- Translate global strategy and execute in the Market following global best practices for Consumer Experience and Site Merchandizing across key brand and consumer moments.
- Create and manage formal processes for developing consumer-centric experiences and prioritizing local input into global capability development to benefit the market.
- Serve as a catalyst for digital experimentation and personalization, connecting and engaging across multiple teams to ensure experimentation is part of our business trading.
- Ensure day-to-day operational excellence is supported through constant analysis, improvement and execution of critical team processes & reporting both inside and outside of your organization.
- Shape direction and influence of the broader organization through building a strong stakeholder partnership with Digital Activation, Retail, Operations and Global Digital Products, Digital Sales Solutions and other key internal stakeholders to achieve brand and commercial objectives in a collaborative and aligned manner.
- Build a high performing team - set targets, coach regularly, and develop succession planning.

- Extensive experience driving an eCommerce platform optimization at a strategic leadership level with d emonstrated commercial competence and ability to deliver results .
- Strong analytical skills and a data driven mind-set, with an ability to translate data into insights and business actions.
- Extensive experience in leading a team with an ability to communicate on, influence and drive complex projects from start to finish.
- Ability to influence and collaborate effectively to help shape roadmaps which you do not own within different departments within adidas to continuously improve the end to end consumer journey.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across organization functions and levels and to prepare executive-level business presentations.
- Awareness of European markets with the understanding of how to be the voice of the region towards global teams.
- Minimum 12 years of experience within eCommerce
- Minimum 5 years people management experience
- University business degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Finance, Business, Digital, Economics or similar discipline
- Successful multi-year experience on both market and global level
Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:
As the Senior Director Digital Consumer Experience, you will lead execution and optimization of our digital experience and capabilities across .com and app in the EU market.
Leading a team across Digital Visual Merchandising, Consumer Experience Optimization and SEO, you’ll be the face for consumer centricity within the organization, giving input to the global strategy and executing it in the market to ultimately drive an increase in consumer engagement, retention, revenue and profit growth.
As a digital expert and a champion of a data-driven and a consumer centric mindset you’ll bring expertise in driving conversion optimization and commercial growth as well as alignment and accountability with senior partners on complex and ambitious topics, leading and encouraging innovation within the team.
