      Senior Director, Distinguished Engineer

      We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Director, Distinguished Engineer to join our Engineering team. This role is remote.

      In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

      • Responsible for shaping the future direction of their domain within the organization, assisting management to establish strategic roadmaps, and driving priorities to meet objectives.
      • Craft technical roadmaps that align with the organization's strategic direction whilst being cognizant of promoting technology innovation.
      • Lead teams across the Technology organization through facilitative leadership, influence, and collaboration.
      • Provide vision, strategic direction, and outside-the-box thinking to create new concepts associated with the deployment of a specific technology across the organization.
      • Set technology direction based on deep subject matter knowledge and may have ownership over large components.

      To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:

      • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related discipline from a top institution preferred. PhD in Computer Science highly desirable.
      • 15+ years of experience preferred, with deep and broad knowledge of current and emerging technologies that affect the business.
      • Demonstrated Executive and commercial presence, strong written and oral communications, solid judgement, reasoning, and decision-making abilities.
      • Experience collaborating and influencing teams across geographies and a matrix structure.
      • Patents, publications, and/or technical presentations to industry groups desirable.
