Role: CTO
Experience : 13+ Years
· We are looking for a forward-thinking and execution-focused Chief Technology Officer (CTO) with 13+ years of experience to lead our technology vision, architecture, and engineering operations.
· The CTO will play a key role in aligning the company's tech strategy with its business goals, scaling teams, and delivering reliable, secure, and innovative digital products.
· This is a senior leadership role that requires deep technical expertise, strong strategic thinking, and proven experience in building and managing high-performing technology teams.
· Define and execute the companys technology vision, architecture, and roadmap in alignment with business objectives.
· Lead technology strategy, including product development, engineering excellence, infrastructure, security, and scalability.
· Build, manage, and mentor multidisciplinary technology teams, including software development, DevOps, data, QA, and IT.
· Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
· 13+ years of progressive experience in software engineering and technology leadership roles.
· Proven track record of building scalable systems, platforms, and leading full-cycle product delivery.
· Deep understanding of cloud-native architecture, microservices, APIs, security, and performance optimization.
· Strong leadership skills with experience growing and managing cross-functional teams.
