The Senior Director of Field Platforms will lead a team responsible for managing key technology platforms that enable our customer-facing teams across North America (Specialty Care, General Medicines, and Vaccines) to drive growth. This role involves overseeing CRM systems, driving user adoption, and collaborating with various teams to support sales force activities. You’ll contribute to personalizing the customer journey and optimizing sales tools for better business impact.

      Main responsibilities

      • Lead the integration and optimization of Veeva CRM platforms across different business units in the U.S.
      • Collaborate with Digital, Global, and Specialty Care teams to manage large-scale projects like the Events Harmonization initiative.
      • Develop technical specifications, business rules, and prioritize digital projects to improve field team capabilities.
      • Drive user adoption through comprehensive training and communication plans tailored to each business unit’s needs.
      • Lead and coach a diverse team of 17 members, helping to develop subject matter experts across franchises and sales teams.
      • Establish and track performance metrics (KPIs), creating meaningful reports to measure success and drive improvements.

      About you

      • Experience in Biotechnology or Pharmaceuticals, with a strong background in field technology or operations.
      • Undergraduate degree, MBA preferred.
      • Veeva certification required; experience with CRM systems and project management preferred.
      • Proven leadership skills in managing diverse teams across multiple functions and driving change within a matrix organization.
      • Strong technical acumen, business prioritization abilities, and a deep understanding of the pharmaceutical industry’s demand generation mechanisms.
      • Demonstrated ability to build relationships, drive results, and navigate complex environments.
      • Personal traits: hands-on, results-oriented, strong communication skills, ability to lead change and prioritize effectively.
