      Team Summary

      This is a leadership role within Data Products and Processing Solutions team, as part of the INSA Products and Solutions function. This team is focused on developing and commercializing a robust pipeline of Data and Processing solutions for clients across INSA geographies. We are a team of disruptors, trailblazers, innovators, and risk-takers who are helping drive economic growth in the markets, creatively moving the industry forward in new risk technologies, and pushing the innovation envelope on innovative data and processing capabilities. The team manages a suite of Value Added Services (VAS) products across Identity, Risk, Data, Network Products and Seller Solutions – generating a multi-million-dollar revenue stream for Visa. This team is also shaping Visa s future strategy in Open Data, Real Time Payments and Data Localization initiatives.

      What a Senior Director, Data Products and Processing Solutions does at Visa:

      The Sr. Director, Data Products and Processing Solutions, will be responsible for leading the planning and execution of VAS Products portfolio for India and South Asia (INSA). This role focuses on product management of existing and new products, core to VAS revenue diversification strategy in the region. The incumbent will lead Visa s perspectives and roadmap development for large scale, complex initiatives including Real Time Payments (RTP), Data Localization, Payments as a Service (PaaS), and Identify and Risk services in the region.

      This leadership role will also manage our relationships with Processors, PAs (Payment Aggregators) , merchants solution partners and VAS enablers, and will proactively interact with a wide range of stakeholders across Product, MSA, CRM, VCA, Legal, and GE teams in both markets/region and Global. The role is based out of Mumbai, India.

      Key responsibilities will include:

      • Drive product roadmap strategy and execution of Data and Processing solutions, including delivery against strategic investment roadmaps
      • Proactively manage and grow VAS Products pipeline for INSA, in partnership with solution partners and internal stakeholders. Focus on next-generation of product pipeline across Identity and Risk, Data and Processing Solutions
      • Demonstrate product thought leadership by conceptualizing new data flows for participation in loyalty / engagement , commercializing data models to unlock new revenue opportunities for Visa
      • Lead the development of product GTM plans and collaborate cross-functionally across Consumer Solutions, Digital and Innovation teams – along with other business functions
      • Lead end-to-end program management, technical integration, and cross-functional execution of large-scale, complex product initiatives
      • Drive discovery and solutioning for Real Time Payments responses in INSA markets, in consultations with Processing and RTP SMEs across region and Global teams
      • Manage relationships with key processors and execute roadmap priorities with partners
      • Oversee the day-to-day aspects of key initiatives, including overall management of scope, schedule, and financial aspects of multiple, concurrent initiatives.
      • Provide leadership, coaching, and program-level guidance to cross-functional teams & stakeholders direct & oversee deliverables across multiple workstreams.

      The incumbent will be responsible for significant revenue contribution to INSA’s (India and South Asia) VAS. This is a leadership role in the INSA Product Team, and the incumbent will be part of the Product Leadership Team at INSA.VAS is expected to grow strongly over the next few years and is considered as the tailwind for our multiyear revenue acceleration.

      Projects you will be a part of:

      This leadership role will have a strong influence in shaping Visa s future strategy in Open Data, Real Time Payments and Data Localization initiatives. This is a high impact role – from conceptualizing new innovative ideas in Real Time Payments or Banking as a Service models or leverage Visa’s existing VAS solutions and pitching the same to our clients, to developing POCs and launching full scale GTMs to drive adoption of these technologies.

      Qualifications

      What you will need:

      • Bachelor s degree in Engineering or a related field. Advanced degree a plus.
      • Demonstrated 15 or more years in managing complex, cross-organizational, multi-stakeholder programs or activities. Experience working within technical teams and projects required.
      • Strong relationship skills prior business development and client experience desired
      • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills. Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate technical and business issues and solutions to multiple organizational levels internally and externally as needed.
      • Solid analytical and problem-solving skills ability to think strategically.
      • Strong leadership qualities and organizational skills as well as the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities, assignments, and roles.
      • Strong process orientation and a solid understanding of project management techniques, methodologies, and best practices.
      • Demonstrate skills in conflict management and negotiation to achieve program goals and develop trust with stakeholders
