- Drive data-informed decision making across Clinical operations, Finance, and administrative functions by:
- Developing and executing the overall analytics strategy
- Creating scalable solutions that support company growth
- Partnering with executive team to identify and execute on strategic opportunities
- Lead and mentor the analytics team, fostering a culture of innovation and data-driven decision-making
- Establish data governance frameworks and quality assurance processes
- Development and maintenance of cross-departmental reporting tools
- Serve as primary liaison for data-related partnerships and vendor relationships
- Guide development of data integrations and automations
- Lead strategic analysis initiatives to uncover insights for business growth
- Drive migration from Excel-based reporting to Tableau/Smartsheet
- Expert: Tableau, SQL, Excel, data modeling, statistical analysis
- Advanced: DBT, SFTP/API integrations
- Working knowledge: ETL processes, AWS Redshift
- Strong strategic thinking and business acumen
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts
- Proven ability to influence and drive adoption of data-driven practices
- Experience with healthcare data structures and HIPAA compliance preferred
- Additional Expectations & Benefits:
- Full-time remote position
- Minimum quarterly travel to ICT corporate headquarters (Los Angeles, CA) Must work Pacific time zone hours 8:30-5:30p

- Healthcare analytics experience preferred
- Strong managerial experience with hybrid/remote staff
- Advanced SQL skills and experience with modern data transformation tools (DBT)
- Proven experience with AWS data warehouse architecture and optimization
- Deep expertise in Tableau, including enterprise-level governance
- 8+ years of progressive experience in analytics and data engineering, with at least 4 years in a leadership role
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Analytics, Statistics, or related field; Master's preferred
