      Job Summary:

      The Senior Director HR Business Transformation & Head Office will be driving cultural and business transformation for Emerging Markets organization through realigning the culture to EM vision, mission, and core values to achieve its strategic objectives. Manage and deliver projects for HR EM, act as strategic advisor for People elements of cross-functional and cross-cluster initiatives and drive head office activities across HR EM in close alignment with internal counterparts. Drive and manage deliverables for HRSLT and EM SLT to represent the People strategy and plan. Orchestrate key projects, programs and deliverables across EM organization, driving Team planning and target setting and OKC delivery and governance. This role plays a pivotal role to driving HR Business Partner direction and supporting HUB in alignment with EM 7 clusters priorities. As the right-hand person to the VP HR Emerging Markets, the Senior Director is instrumental in co-designing and executing the people strategy and harmonizing employee experiences and HR standards across the region, in partnership with the VP.

      Key Responsibilities:

      HR Business Transformation & Head Office

      • Develop and lead the organizational development roadmap across Emerging Markets including cultural transformation agenda, coordinating OE strategy and activities, as well as organising EM action plan deriving from the ELS
      • Lead and oversee complex multi-continent business transformation projects in partnership with business development and senior leadership.
      • Collaborate with senior leadership to identify opportunities for organizational change and develop and implement transformation plans.
      • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and adaptability to meet evolving business needs. Support in developing a healthy and resilient culture – strong team spirit, agile, embracing change, accountability, collaboration across the organization.
      • Develop and implement change management strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption and usage of required changes in partnership with the Organizational Effectiveness team
      • Act as a credible counterpart for all Head Office roles within HR and the business
      • Create and maintain frameworks to execute people activities consistently across Emerging Markets and ensure a consistent drumbeat and tracking across all Emerging Markets functions and clusters.

      HR Business Partner Support for EM Market Hubs:

      • Define HR Direction and drive the HR Support to EM Market Hubs
      • Ensure the team alignment with local market needs
      • Streamline and harmonize HR standards across the Market while adapting to local nuances.

      Leadership and Team Management:

      • Manage and mentor the team, ensuring their performance and delivery is aligned with global HR direction and organizational objectives
      • Set and communicate team goals, provide coaching and guidance, and promote a culture of excellence.
      • Be the Head Office support to the VP HR Emerging Markets, managing budgetary aspects and facilitating effective team communication.

      Strategy and Consultation

      • Collaborate with the VP HR Emerging Markets to design and deliver the people strategy for the EM region.
      • Play a pivotal role in bringing together various clusters and market hubs to streamline processes, harmonize standards, and optimize employee experience
      • Provide expert HR consultation and guidance to junior HR leaders in the region.

      Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

      • Excellent and proven change management / transformation experience
      • Proven project management skills & ability to coordinate cross-functional project teams from concept to implementation, ideally on an international scale. You will also be able to demonstrate an ability to facilitate problem solving in workshops and teams both physically and virtually.
      • Business Capabilities: Commercial awareness, customer focus, understanding HR strategy, understanding business, its value chain and key processes
      • Proven leader with experience leading people (indirectly or directly) and projects
      • Excellent problem-solving skills; demonstrate the ability to apply project management principles and methodologies in seeking solutions to project problems.
      • Excellent Interpersonal and communication skills across all levels of the organization
      • Creative mind with story-telling skills; able to develop effective communication materials to support change management activities
      • Ability to see the strategic big picture, while breaking down the complexity into actionable steps
      • Strong strategic and tactical skills with the ability to focus on the details
      • Experience working across multiple cultures; demonstrates global thinking
      • International, cross-functional and intercultural experience
      • Strong networking and facilitation skills
      • Fluent in English; ideally in other languages as well

      Qualifications:

      • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
      • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a Senior HR director role, with a proven track record of managing complex multi-continent business transformation projects.
      • 10 years+ expertise in HR business partnering, employee experience, and HR standards harmonization (ideally within and outside sport industry)
      • Exceptional leadership, communication, and coaching skills.
      • Ability to manage and mentor a remote team effectively.
      • Experience working in Emerging Markets Countries is a plus.
      • Strong adaptability and agility in a highly complex and volatile market environment.
