Collaborates with HR leadership to develop, implement and support HR strategies, goals and initiatives to align with enterprise-wide objectives
Leads HR planning in providing cohesion and cross-functional collaboration ensuring alignment of HR strategies across the organization
Guides HR Finance & Admin team with directive to support and/or development of the annual HR plans, management to plan and budgets
Responsible for leading the People Analytics team for SEA, responsible for workforce planning forecasts including forecasted attrition, dash boarding, data analytics and reporting
Provides ad-hoc content support (top-to-top meetings, HQ meetings inputs etc.)
Company-wide Macro-economic & TAM analysis. Including, weekly macro-economic tracking and forecasting, Monthly (+ad-hoc) macro-economic analysis & deep-dives (including VP+, prep for CEO HQ meetings etc.)
Enhance company's competitiveness by designing an organization optimized for its business strategy and acquiring/nurturing/managing core staff (managers and etc.).
Directly oversees Contingent Labor Program responsible for the budget, management to MP and forecasting related to overall Contingent Worker spend across the enterprise
Through the planning team, this role will have direct responsibility for the coordination of People Team town halls
A minimum of 14 years of related experience and a Bachelor’s degree; or 12 years and a Master’s degree
Ability to develop and execute a strategic future-state vision based on understanding of current state, and a roadmap for bridging the two
Strong analytical skills and ability to synthesize quantitative and qualitative information concisely into strategic recommendations
Prior experience navigating fast-paced and growth organizations and high performance driven environments
Proven track record of designing and executing successful HR initiatives
Strong understanding of business operations and the ability to align HR strategies with organizational goals
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in HR analytics and data-driven decision-making
Ability to manage change and lead cross-functional teams effectively
Ad-hoc travel required

Reporting directly to the SVP, Human Resources, the Senior Director, HR Strategy will have direct leadership, responsibility and oversight of the Strategy & Planning, Analytics, Contingent Labor Programs and HR Finance & Administration teams.
The Senior Director, HR Strategy will work closely with HR, internal/external stakeholders, and senior leadership across the enterprise to then develop short, mid and long-term strategic areas of focus and identifies areas in which the SEA People Team can then bridge HR strategic initiatives with the growth strategy of the business.
