What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead and develop a team of HR Business Partners through effective coaching and mentoring
- Provide strategic consulting and coaching to business leaders to improve business outcomes
- Implement organizational design best practices and change management initiatives
- Design and deploy human capital solutions through ongoing data analysis
- Drive talent strategies including acquisition, planning, and diversity initiatives
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree or demonstrated equivalency
- 10+ years of human capital experience, including leading teams
- Experience navigating HR Center of Service functions to execute business strategies
- Ability to lead organizational effectiveness and change management strategies
- Strong collaborative skills with a proven track record in a complex, matrixed environment
