- Develops comprehensive awareness of and relationships with diverse stakeholder community to effectively deliver marketing and communications strategies in support of strategic goals and objectives.
- Defines, articulates, and implements marketing communications strategies to elevate awareness and understanding of the organization’s mission, goals, and activities for both revenue driven and mission driven activities.
- Oversees the planning, development, and execution of omnichannel marketing strategies for new and existing products, services, programs and campaigns, driving meaningful progress and growth.
- Builds capability, specifically digital marketing capability and aligns activities with our digital customer experience team and strategy.
- Role models a digital-first and data driven philosophy across marketing communications strategies and channels.
- Partners across the Marketing and Communications team to help activate brand strategy through program, product as well as service focused campaigns and activities.
- Works directly with executive-level clients to validate and regularly update strategic objectives as needed and fosters a high degree of stakeholder engagement through externally facing omni-channel marketing and communications mechanisms.
- Collaborates with Marketing and Communications colleagues to ensure strategic, integrated planning, execution, analysis to optimize efficient operations and impact.
- Responsible for recruiting, hiring, retaining, and supervising individuals in the team and providing coaching, mentoring and feedback to team members.
- Shapes data ROI reporting to provide insights on attribution, campaigns, as well as disseminating this information to business partners to better inform them of the work, results and ROI. Leverages data to perform analytics and drive data-based decision making.
- Together with content team, develops content marketing vision, capability and operating model and integrates capability across all aspects of marketing and communications.
- Manages budget responsibilities as appropriate to minimize expenses, meet business goals, and maximize ROI.
- Responsible for performing general market research to keep abreast of trends and marketing and communications movements, and analysis to remain competitive.
- Establishes, communicates and implements best practices together with digital capability to further our customer-first, digital-first roadmap and supports Digital Director in rolling out digital marketing best practices across all marketing and communications capabilities.

Job Title: Senior Director, Integrated Marketing Communications
Salary Hiring Range: $150,000- $175,000 annually (paid bi-weekly)
NOTE: Competitive salary commensurate with experience
FLSA: Exempt

Job Summary:
As Senior Director, Integrated Marketing Communications, you will lead all aspects of integrated marketing communications and will work closely with the SVP Global Brand Experience to develop strategies for events, campaigns, digital and content marketing for all entities and stakeholders within the ANA Enterprise. You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations and activities for the development and execution of integrated and data-driven integrated marketing communications strategies to drive business objectives, goals and results, and ROI to achieve the goals & objectives of the ANA Enterprise strategic plan. As Senior Director, you are a servant leader, as well as an ambitious person who isn’t afraid to step up and disrupt the status quo.

Education/Related Work Experience:
An undergraduate degree from a 4-year institution required (in advertising, marketing or communications preferred), master’s degree preferred.
Minimum of 12 years overall product or service marketing experience, 15+ preferred, with a minimum of 5 years managing or directing a marketing team, 8-10+ preferred. Association experience and healthcare or nursing professional knowledge desirable but not necessary.
Work Schedule:
Hybrid: Employees are considered Hybrid if they are regularly scheduled to work in at least 20% of their work week or work month in an ANA Enterprise Office.
Hybrid employees are expected to travel to the office when requested and/or when necessary to achieve results or meet business needs.
