- User Support Team : Responsible for providing excellent support to all end-user requests for service from OrthoVirginia’s IT help desk. Responds to and diagnoses problems through discussion with users, which includes trouble shooting, fault rectification and problem escalation. Provides effective and timely resolution of users’ problems, queries or complaints.
- Information Technology Responsible for the design, implementation and support of the organization's technology infrastructure. Managing work across multiple areas of an organization’s overall IT platform/infrastructure.
- Cyber Security. Oversees cyber and IT security management functions and programs that keep company data safe from security breaches. Improves organizational security through implementing and maintaining information technology-related security measures.
- Work to maximize the effectiveness of the IT infrastructure through the adoption and promotion of technology standards throughout OrthoVirginia.
- Have strong service orientation and strive to mentor and develop a service-oriented team and support their individual and collective growth and development.
- Deliver IT services that deliver the highest quality of information technology services that are aligned to OrthoVirginia’s business needs.
- Work closely with the CIO, he/she will play a key leadership role in the recommendation and selection of technologies that support OrthoVirginia goals.
- Provides leadership, direction and accountability for the technical infrastructure supporting OrthoVirginia.
- Develops standards of performance, evaluates performance, and conducts performance management planning.
- Develop and support OrthoVirginia's Information Technology Service Management (ITSM) Framework based on ITIL Standards
- Develops and maintains a proactive customer support model and establishes and sustains an environment of customer service with measurable IT service Key Performance Indicators (KPI).
- Develops the department’s budget.
- Work with vendors to negotiate aggressive pricing and develop and maintain a positive relationship with these vendors.
- Coach, mentor, and develop a team of IT professionals, leading them to meet or exceed OrthoVirginia’s expectations for productivity, quality, and achievement.
- Oversees development of IT policies, procedures and service level agreements
- 8+ years of experience in information technology, leading and managing an IT team in a high growth company.
- Experience using IT Service Management (ITSM) and IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) frameworks.
- Collaborative approach and strong problem-solving skills to work with leaders across the organization and vendors.
- Demonstrated success and expertise in information technology healthcare leadership, including improving customer satisfaction, evaluating innovative technology, managing fiscal performance, and partnering with clinical and business stakeholders.
- Strong knowledgeable in healthcare compliance and information security with experience in setting security policy and architecture.

JOB SUMMARY
The Senior Information Technology Director will continuously improve Information technology services to support OrthoVirginia team members. Responsibilities include IT help desk, incident / problem management, root cause analysis and corrective action, service level and alert monitoring and reporting, device imaging, deployment & inventory management, security controls and digital loss prevention.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Education: Bachelor’s Degree required; Master’s preferred.
Certificate/License: Advanced certifications in ITIL / ITSM process framework
