- Drive Marketing and product strategy ensuring data and analytics are driving strategy and decisions. Consult with Marketing organization and key stakeholders to drive/guide key decisions. Influence all levels of organization via clear communication of data, analyses, and learning.
- Manage team of three analytic resources. Align team priorities and workload with Global Transformation and Marketing priorities. Coach and develop team, ensuring world class analytic capabilities.
- Represent US on Global analytic calls. Cascade US analytic approaches and learning across regions - US, Canada, EMEA, Latam, and AP.. Track key US results on key global initiatives e.g. Value, Kiosk, Subway Series and facilitate the standardization of learning.
- Drive media strategy. Ensure world class capabilities in marketing measurement e.g. Marketing Mix Models, Multi-Touch Attribution models, Location data. Seamlessly blend media analytic results across platforms into a cohesive media strategy, Partner with VP of media and key agency partners to ensure learning is driving media decisions.
- Lead all in-market testing for US - product, media, value, and marketing. Ensure test design is appropriate to ensure quality learning and decisions. Represent Analytics on the Innovation Review Board - presenting and providing fact based point of view and recommendations on all key menu innovation. Partner with SVP marketing and SVP Culinary & Innovation to ensure appropriate tests are executed and learning is driving menu strategy.
- Lead assessment of all Marketing Windows. Present results to CEO, COO, President NA. Provide recommendations to guide future Marketing windows. Ensure learning is driving Marketing strategy and execution.
- Lead Analytics point for Franchise Advisory Fund (FAF) Board. Represent analytics at all FAF Board meetings. Share financial performance, marketing initiative, and testing results in a clear, transparent manner. Ensure learning is franchisee relevant and easily digested and cascaded. As needed, represent analytics in other operations/franchisee engagements such as Train the Trainer meetings, Listening Tours, Global Conference, etc.
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Analytics, Math/Statistics, Economics or related field and 15+ years experience working with POS and consumer data.
- MBA or MS preferred.
- World class analytical expertise. Knowledge of store testing, marketing mix modeling, promotion analysis, pricing analytics, POS data.
- Excellent communication skills. Able to distill complex data into simple concepts.
- Collaborative. Able to partner cross functionally with all levels of organization.
- Prior restaurant, hospitality, and/or large franchise organization preferred
- Experience with leading an analyticd team.

Serve as Marketing Analytics lead for Subway US. Primary point for SVP Marketing in applying data/analytics to all key business decisions. Owns the evaluation of media, promotions, menu innovation, and marketing campaigns, Provides timely direction/recommendations to inform US decisions. Represent Analytics team with franchisees at key points e.g. FAF Board, Train the Trainer, Global Convention. Partner with media team, marketing agency, product marketing, CRM, and value team to guide decisions. Supports Sr. Leadership - SVP Marketing, Chief Operating Officer, and CEO as primary source of analytics for US Marketing and Menu Initiatives.
