      Position Overview:

      The Senior Director of Marketing Operations serves as a strategic advisor and operational leader within the Marketing team, reporting directly to the Vice President of Marketing Strategy. This role leads a high-performing team responsible for translating executive priorities into executable plans that drive efficiency, scale, and measurable impact. The Senior Director oversees the end-to-end planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns, streamlines cross-functional workflows for product and category launches, and leads high-visibility initiatives that enhance marketing performance. By partnering closely with senior leaders across the organization, this leader ensures alignment on business objectives, eliminates operational roadblocks, and optimizes go-to-market strategies. With a strong focus on process excellence and strategic execution, the Senior Director plays a key role in building scalable systems, driving accountability, and fostering a culture of clarity, collaboration, and innovation within a fast-paced environment.

      Responsibilities:

      • Manage, mentor, and develop a high-performing Marketing Operations Team.

      • Oversee end-to-end campaign planning, execution, and measurement across all channels.

      • Ensure campaigns are delivered on time, on budget, and aligned with strategic priorities.

      • Lead the development and execution of integrated marketing plans aligned with business objectives.

      • Translate executive goals into actionable operational roadmaps for marketing initiatives.

      • Identify inefficiencies and implement scalable, repeatable processes that increase speed, consistency, and quality.

      • Develop and document standard operating procedures for campaign management, planning, and creative workflows.

      • Own and optimize the marketing tech stack (e.g., project management tools & marketing automation platforms).

      • Evaluate and implement tools to improve collaboration, visibility, and efficiency.

      • Lead high-impact, cross-functional initiatives that support organizational transformation or growth.

      • Serve as a right hand to marketing leadership, stepping in to fill gaps or solve complex business problems.

      • Support the VP of Marketing Strategy by contributing to strategic planning efforts and providing regular updates on the status of current Campaign plans.

      • Identify risks and propose solutions, facilitating collaborative discussions with Senior Leadership to optimize decision-making.

      • Deep understanding and seasoned experience in key areas including Brand Marketing, Creative Services, Visual Displays, and Promotions within a dynamic marketing environment.

      • Highly capable of managing and supporting a small team hands-on, providing guidance and assistance as required to achieve team goals and company objectives.

      • Proficient in strategic planning, ensuring alignment of initiatives with overarching company and departmental goals to drive success and growth.

      • Proven track record in successfully launching and tactically managing large-scale projects and campaigns, overseeing all phases from inception through to completion.

      • Strong analytical skills to identify risks, coupled with the confidence and expertise to devise effective solutions and communicate effectively with senior leadership.

      • Exceptional communication abilities, adept at conveying complex ideas clearly and effectively across various departments and varying skill levels.

      • Capable of thriving in a fast-paced work environment with demanding expectations, maintaining composure and delivering results under pressure.

      • Proficient in fostering strategic alignment and consensus among C-level executives across various departments and functions.

      • Seasoned in project management, with the agility to pivot and adapt strategies in response to evolving business needs and market conditions.

      • Demonstrates a meticulous approach to tasks, ensuring accuracy and precision in all areas.
