Overview As Global Business Services (GBS) Change Lead, the role will architect, develop, and implement change management and transformative communications strategies for GBS, a PepsiCo enterprise transformation initiative. This role will develop and execute change management and communications strategies across all levels of the enterprise, from PepsiCo Executive Committee level education and adoption efforts, to GBS Leadership Team partnering and advisory, to mid-level management experiencing the change in their respective sectors/functions, and other associates. This role will work with sector, functional, and enabling leads, to define required change intervention and adoptions efforts. This role will lead and oversee the delivery and orchestration of change efforts across multiple complex, ongoing projects. This role will define and own repeatable, best-in-class change management playbooks, templates, and techniques, and will be the thought leader in training and influencing stakeholders to adopt these change management approaches. This role will also drive transformative communications strategies, from scoping through implementation, to raise awareness, educate, and drive excitement within the organization about GBS. Responsibilities Change Management Vision and Strategy Lead across the matrixed PepsiCo GBS organization to develop a vision, strategy, and implementation plan for scaling change management efforts across GBS sectors, functions, and enablers Partner with strategy and transformation teams to define overarching strategy and transformation, and the change role in enabling it Define and apply best-in-class change management methodologies to align with PepsiCo ways of working and success criteria, maximize stakeholder adoption and buy-in, and accelerate the GBS transformation journey Define and own scalable, repeatable change management playbooks, tools, templates, and techniques, and deliver training on these across stakeholders Lead a global team and matrixed team in sectors to deliver change management interventions; define and negotiate resourcing requests based on forecasted change needs Translate strategy into key messages and communications to Leadership Team members and supporting change team members Change Management Execution, Delivery, and Improvement Own and lead the overarching change management plan and interventions, to align critical stakeholders and ensure timeliness of key deliverables Conduct change impact and barrier analyses, conduct maturity assessments and stakeholder interviews, and define and implement intervention plans to address painpoints and close gaps Define and measure success metrics to evaluate the impact and effectiveness of the change management and communications approach, leveraging this data to inform continuous improvement on future initiatives Drive continuous improvement and monitoring of change management capability, and deliver capability improvements within the team and across network of change practitioners Identify and mitigate challenges, risks, and roadblocks to PepsiCo in the GBS change management journey Change Management Thought Leadership Apply the art and science of change management, by blending defined change management playbooks and methodologies, with understanding of individual and organizational psychological factors and insights into the PepsiCo culture and environment Serve as an active and visible coach to GBS leadership, to model change leadership behavior, enablement, and integration into GBS transformation delivery Own relationships and best-practice-sharing with other change management leaders across PepsiCo Apply ability to build trusted relationships with stakeholders, confident executive presence, and interpersonal skills to successfully influence change management needs and resolution of challenges and issues Strategic Communications Create communications strategies that drive engagement, education, and excitement across the organization for GBS Develop communications strategies for key parts of overall GBS vision, including Enterprise Service Management (ESM), end-to-end and capabilitity-based org models, and other critical initiatives laddering up to GBS success Create compelling “moments” to build engagement and understand of GBS’s value to the business periodically throughout the year, across all levels of the organization Partner with sector + function comms colleagues on storytelling, education, and engagement efforts across PepsiCo in support of GBS Compensation & Benefits: • The expected compensation range for this position is between $140,000 - $280,000 • Location, confirmed job-related skills and experience will be considered in setting actual starting salary • Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 30% of annual salary paid out annually and an additional target payout of 15% of annual salary is paid out over 3 years following the end of the performance period. • Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement • In addition to salary, PepsiCo offers a comprehensive benefits package to support our employees and their families, subject to elections and eligibility: Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability, Health and Dependent Care Reimbursement Accounts, Employee Assistance Program (EAP), Insurance (Accident, Group Legal, Life), Defined Contribution Retirement Plan Qualifications Bachelor’s degree and Master’s degree in Business Management, HR, Organizational Psychology or relevant degree 15+ years of experience in complex, global transformations, change management, human capital consulting, and/or strategy Expert knowledge of change management and/or project management efforts; experience leading and scaling change management and/or project management efforts for complex, global transformations is a must Exceptional in-person, virtual, and written communication skills and an ability to positively interact and influence with senior leadership and other key stakeholders Strong collaborating, trust-building, and influencing skills with key Sr. Management/Executives is required to ensure success Ability to think strategically, innovate, and execute a plan Results-oriented, able to complete assignments in a timely and accurate manner, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities Strong knowledge of MS Office programs Excellent written and oral communication skills;
