What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Ensure consistency in department's media plans, incorporating innovation and research-driven vendor selection
- Drive increased profitability through workload planning, process evolution, and standardization
- Integrate omnichannel strategy into agency planning and oversee execution across media platforms
- Troubleshoot issues and concerns with online partners and resolve them effectively
- Stay abreast of platform improvements and new offerings in the omnichannel space
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 10+ years of experience in a digital marketing environment, agency, and/or client experience
- 10+ years of experience with omnichannel platforms
- 8+ years of experience managing a team of direct reports
- Knowledge of B2B marketing, media activation, and media planning
- Strong skills in active listening, problem-solving, and stakeholder management
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with ad platforms such as The Trade Desk and DV360
- Familiarity with analytics platforms like Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics
- Proficiency in platforms like Asana, Basis, and Nexelus
- Prior experience in B2B marketing and industry knowledge
- Excellent presentation skills and ability to challenge mediocrity
