      About the Role:

      As a highly skilled Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) for our Finance, Digital Acceleration, Strategy and New Revenue Stream function in the North America Operating Unit, you won't just support the business; you will be the driving force behind our people strategy. This role demands a proactive and strategic individual who can navigate the complexities of talent management, organizational development, and employee relations within a dynamic and innovative environment. You will champion our company values while fostering an atmosphere that emphasizes growth, collaboration, and performance.

      Key Responsibilities:

      • HR Consultation: Provide strategic HR consultation and support to leadership, leading the design and implementation of HR initiatives, organizational structures, and team dynamics that align with business objectives and foster growth.

      • Change Management: Act as a change agent, developing and implementing HR plans and change management strategies to enhance our growth culture. Focus on agility, smart risk-taking, and accountability while promoting an empowered, externally focused work environment.

      • Talent Acquisition & Management: Partner with the Talent Acquisition team to identify staffing needs, support recruitment efforts, and ensure a best-in-class workforce. Lead talent management processes to drive employee growth and retention, including action planning and development forum facilitation.

      • Employee Development & Culture: Conduct needs assessments to prioritize HR strategies, fostering a positive employee culture through communication initiatives. Collaborate with capability leaders to design and implement programs that support continuous employee development and enhance performance.

      • Compliance & Policy Enforcement: Ensure consistent and fair application of workplace policies while promoting a respectful and equitable work environment. Maintain compliance with relevant laws and regulations, collaborating with Employee Relations and legal counsel to address and resolve workplace issues and disputes.

      Qualifications:

      • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field or relevant experience required; post-graduate degree in related field or MBA preferred.

      • Experience: Minimum 12+ years exempt-level Human Resource experience required, preferably as an HR generalist.

      • Industry Experience: Previous experience in consumer goods, manufacturing, or distribution; must have experience with Talent Management, Organizational Development/Effectiveness, Employee/Labor Relations, and Change Management.

      • Skills: Exceptional communication skills (written, verbal, and listening), collaboration in a matrix environment, and the ability to act as a change agent.

      Pay Range:

      $168,000 - $189,000

      Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.
