Project management of large SaaS implementations with significant change management.
Develop and manage the project from beginning to end, including project scope, timeline (project plan), procurement of hardware and software, resourcing, and project execution.
Ensure deliverables meet expectations in terms of quality, accuracy, and completeness.
Drive change management across multiple business units with strong interpersonal skills; ability to work with people, environments, diverse cultures.
Create and socialize project-specific scorecards that drive profitable action.
Actively manage project RIDAC (risks, issues, decisions, actions, changes) with a focus on adequately identifying, logging, and actioning completely, developing mitigation plans, and undertaking proactive actions to achieve a green status throughout the project.
Proactively manage project change control, communicating any impact on project scope, identifying risks or issues, and devising contingency plans.
Attend meetings as an effective representative when key group/members may not be able to attend, managing required follow-up, actions, and handoffs.
Identify and manage project dependencies and critical paths while maintaining accurate project plans with real-time milestones, tasks, and project health data for your portfolio in the project management tool.
Stay up to date with the latest CRM trends to continuously evolve our CRM strategy in alignment with industry best practices.
Apply organizational awareness to navigate the interdependencies between groups in both IT and the business, ensuring that the right resources are engaged in the right work at the right time.
Own updates and knowledge documentation to drive standardization. Ensure appropriate documentation artifacts are created through all phases of the project lifecycle to support the work of the project team, the impacted end users, project audits, and/or financial audits.
Identify opportunities to streamline and/or enhance project components such as implementations, sharing best practices with your peers and leaders, and regularly implementing continuous improvement actions.
Project implementation operational readiness - preparation and documentation before launch and ultimately project completion; all stakeholder, department, and support team confirmation prior to project closure.
7-10 years of experience managing large projects in a high-growth, data-centric tech environment
Deep experience in Sales Operations
Large-scale cross-functional project expertise: ($1M+, 6+ months)
Knowledge of CRM/ERP systems to drive organizational change.
Business, financial, and IT acumen.
Project delivery best practice knowledge.
Strong oral and written communication, including presentation skills.
High Emotional Intelligence to build trusted relationships.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
Hands-on experience in one or more project management software packages – SmartSheet, MS Project, ServiceNow, Jira, etc.
Proficiency with Google products – Sheets, Docs, Slides, Gemini, Gmail, Meet, Calendar
May need to attend in-person meetings in designated company locations - Midtown Atlanta and Alpharetta
PMP Certification would be a plus, but not required
Experience with Salesforce integrations
MBA/MS
Deep experience with change management and readiness supporting sales teams

We are seeking a highly self-motivated, data-driven, and detail-oriented Program Manager to manage a strategic portfolio of projects within our USIS Sales Operations team. This role focuses on identifying and utilizing advanced technologies to improve sales-interfacing workflows with the objective to boost revenue and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will establish a common Program Management strategy for the USIS Sales Operations function, and implement it into a scalable, integrated process and technology system.
This position requires a strong background in Sales Operations and specifically, the development, implementation, and optimization of CRM/sales automation initiatives that yield actionable business insights. You will be responsible for leading project execution, defining automation priorities that align with sales objectives, driving the development of 1st/3rd party tools, and ensuring their successful adoption and ongoing optimization. Additionally, the candidate should be comfortable working in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment where they can adapt, prioritize, and execute business outcomes with operational rigor. You will collaborate directly with cross-functional teams in Sales, Pricing, Finance, Corporate IT, Marketing and Operations.
Reporting to the VP, Sales Operations and Enablement, this sole-contributor role offers the flexibility to work remotely two days a week, or from our office located in Midtown. (This is NOT a fully remote role.)
