What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead consulting projects related to organizational strategy and operating model design
- Oversee change management consulting engagements, including program communication strategies and training plans
- Drive customer experience transformation through customer journey mapping and value quantification
- Facilitate client meetings and discussions, defining project objectives and managing day-to-day delivery efforts
- Support business development activities, including proposal development and pursuit activities
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree required, Master's degree preferred
- 15+ years of cross-industry consulting experience in digital transformation and integrated marketing strategy
- Deep knowledge of consulting approaches, agile methodology, and marketing technologies
- Experience in organizational design, change management, and/or communications strategy
- Strong writing, presentation, and client-facing communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 0-2 years of experience as an Rx Technician or Customer Service Representative in a healthcare-related service
