- Partner with leaders to enhance current organization and talent review. Including: identification & implementation of methodologies and tools for identifying hi-potentials, critical positions, differentiated talent pools and succession planning processes.
- Lead the design of talent plans/programs, shaping and collaborating with HR.
- Work with Learning & Leadership Development to introduce combinations of assignments, experiences, training and coaching for high- potential, management training and executive development initiatives to meet emerging needs of the organization.
- Drive the individual development process which utilizes individual’s strengths and developmental needs to create a development plan for positions of high responsibility.
- Manage, coach, and grow a high performing talent management teams to deliver results across the entire organization.
- Partner with Learning & Leadership Development to deploy leadership development programs and frameworks to ensure depth, breadth and diversity in leadership pipeline.
- Drive performance management process which establishes measurable priority-setting and alignment, development planning, tracking progress, coaching and evaluation of achievement for individuals against our competencies and business action plans.
- Provide consultative support to business leaders in areas of performance management, experience management, career pathing, leadership behaviors and change management to ensure successful execution of process and projects.
- In partnership with other HR Stakeholders, support the strategic inclusion & diversity roadmap, processes, tools aligned to industry best practices and designed to improve diversity measures.
- Education: Bachelor's Degree(accredited); or High School Diploma or GED (accredited) and four years of relevant experience required.
- Experience: 10+ years experience leading a talent management function with direct leadership of the team, budget, vendor and stakeholder relationships (in addition to education requirement) required.
- Excellent interpersonal, cross-cultural communication, diversity, organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to understand key fundamentals of the business and determine the people resources needed to support the execution of the company’s operations and strategy
- Strong leadership, team-building and management skills
- Comfortably navigates high- pressure situations with competing priorities, embraces change and proactively seeks solutions
- Skilled in inspiring, leading and working effectively with diverse teams across various functions and organizational levels
- Exceptional communication abilities, capable of adapting to dynamic, challenging environments while maintaining effectives
- Proficient in identifying issues and executing good judgement to make timely decisions

I. Job Summary
The Sr. Director, Talent Management will lead the organization's talent management function and be responsible for establishing and executing strategic plans consistent with long-term objectives related to enterprise talent. This role will partner with the other stakeholders and HR Business Partners across the enterprise to create and implement a talent management strategy for the organization. A comprehensive talent management strategy includes all employee processes from performance management, succession planning and off-boarding with a goal of building a diverse and inclusive workforce. The Sr. Director, Talent Management will be responsible for performance management, development/career-pathing, training, and talent reviews process and strategy.
Location –Houston Hybrid - reporting into the office Monday – Thursday (with flexibility) or candidates outside of the Houston area who are open to regular travel to the headquarters office.
