      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage the entire IT organization for one of the divisions, including financials, project profitability, and business development
      - Drive understanding of client needs and assist in building IT solutions to support sales growth
      - Oversee ongoing projects and promote cross-functional collaboration to ensure timely and budget-friendly delivery
      - Communicate and resolve support-related issues, including high-priority incidents
      - Analyze business objectives and customer needs to develop and implement strategic plans

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work or military experience
      - Minimum of 7 years of experience in IT Project and Program Management
      - At least 5 years of experience leading managers or large teams
      - Demonstrated experience in IT delivery within a 3PL environment
      - Experience with implementation and support of web-based applications

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Over 10 years of IT Project and Program Management experience
      - Ability to travel up to 25%
      - More than 5 years of hands-on experience with supply chain systems integration
      - Excellent verbal, written communication, and presentation skills
      - Demonstrated expertise in various IT service activities including business analysis and software development
