- Develop and implement an Adaptive Governance Framework to ensure effective oversight of digital transformation efforts and enterprise-wide initiatives.
- Establish escalation protocols and provide decision support to resolve complex challenges and ensure alignment with strategic goals.
- Drive E2E Transformation Oversight, ensuring all initiatives are integrated, aligned, and delivering expected value.
- Lead the creation and maintenance of the Digital Transformation Playbook, serving as a guide for consistent and effective execution of transformation efforts.
- Ensure Strategic Alignment of initiatives across business units, leveraging insights to drive enterprise-wide success.
- Foster Communication & Collaboration across teams and departments, ensuring transparency and teamwork.
- Build Enterprise Transformation Awareness through consistent messaging and engagement with stakeholders.
- Oversee OKR / KPI Monitoring for transformation initiatives, ensuring progress is tracked and outcomes are optimized.
- Facilitate Insights Sharing across teams to promote innovation, learning, and continuous improvement.
- Manage Funding pools to ensure resources are allocated efficiently and align with organizational priorities.
- Orchestrate the Business Management System, ensuring processes and routines are streamlined, efficient, and scalable.
- Drive Sustainability of Efforts, embedding best practices and long-term value into transformation initiatives.
- Provide OCM Support to ensure successful adoption of change initiatives across the enterprise.
- Lead efforts to mitigate resistance to change and ensure teams are well-prepared for new processes and systems.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in strategic integration, digital transformation, governance, or related leadership roles.
- Proven track record of driving large-scale transformation initiatives and delivering measurable outcomes.
- Proven experience in leading and implementing product operating model and agile delivery methodologies to drive efficient, iterative, and customer-focused outcomes.
- Expertise in business management systems, OKR/KPI monitoring, and funds management.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience in Organizational Change Management and leading cross-functional teams through change.

Ranges in Colorado/California/Washington/New York/Hawaii/Vermont/Minnesota/Massachusetts/Illinois State-specific locations may be up to 10% lower than the minimum salary range, and 12% higher than the maximum salary range.
